Elizabeth Howard lives in Crossville, Tennessee. She has a husband,
four children, and six grandchildren. Once upon a time she taught
school. She has always been a bookworm, always interested in
"story." She read to her brother, her children, her students. She
mostly wrote stories in her head until she had grandchildren. She
tried writing stories for them. She also writes poetry and fiction
for adults. A dragon book is a long-time family favorite. "Where's the Dragon?" is based on visits to the zoo with grandchildren. One of them once asked, "Where's the dragon?" |
